Pure Beans Coffee Co. – Official Apology for Breaking Our Fair Trade Standards
Pure Beans Coffee Co. would like to apologize to its
employees, customers, farmers and all involved parties for breaching the

these malpractices arose.
Details
of Pure Beans Ethical Standards Breach
It has recently been brought to the attention of the
Pure Beans team that members of our company have made deals to engage with
large scale coffee materials suppliers who do not comply with the same ethical
values as our company.

Our Board of Directors,
along with the stakeholders of Pure Beans Coffee Co. have been made aware of
the breach of ethical best practice and we are pushing toward resolution to
return to business as usual.
As a company, we have long prided ourselves on being a
reliable organization that works to ensure fair trade practices with our coffee
farmers from around the world. We know we have acted against that and welcome
all criticism from our customers – we have wronged ourselves, we have wronged
the farmers who provide us with beans and we have wronged our loyal customers.
Further, the involved members of the Pure Beans team who allowed for these
practices to occur have been removed from our company and we are working to
ensure the future employment and our company for all existing staff.
As such, we would truly like to pass along our
sincerest apologies to those who have supported our company, in any capacity.
You expected more from our company because we expected more from our company.
Respectfully,
Team
Pure Beans
